VISITING AN ORNITHOLOGICAL RESERVE IN AZUQUECA

First cycle visited a natural area to learn more things about birds.
This spae was a purifying plant. In 2003 It was closed and the area suffered a naturalization, plants grew and in a few period of time it was inhabited by many birds.

Children listening the rules to respect the area beause it is  a natural  space. The guide was fantastic with children. He was very patient and his explanations motivated to the children a lot.

Using a celescopio to see a bird that was very far.

Looking at a brochure all the birds they could see in the natural area.
Hiding to observe the behaviour of birds.

  • Birds don´t like salad food.
  • Woodpecker love butter.
  • To difference the stork from the heron we have to stare their necks. Storks always have a stiff neck and herons have s-shaped neck.
